Our Christmas was very very fun! WE spent it with my family, and it was just so perfect. Cameron got the fan for his truck that he really wanted for a long time, and My mom bought me guitar hero 1, 2 and 3 YOOHOO!!! (guitar hero gets me so excited) We made tamales on Christmas Eve, and they came out SOOOO O yummy! That's what we've been enjoying these few days. I love this season to think about what the Savior has done for us, and for family gatherings and the joy of giving. Any way got to go for now!

This is kinda late, but last Saturday we went camping out at the beach with Cameron's parents. We took their tent trailer and had a blast with sitting around the fire and enjoying the ocean view. Thanks Mom and Dad for helping us enjoy the fun out there!!!

So Beautiful!

We got to go to Disneyland on Saturday as our Christmas gift from my in-laws, and it was the best! It is so pretty around Christmas time. We got to see the parade with all the cool dancers and characters. We had so much fun.

Cameron on Autopia.

My hair was down when we got there, when I came out of Pirates of the Carribean my hair was so big and frizzy:( I had to put it up..LOL

Me and my little cute Nephew Matthew, he's such a good and calm baby.
This was after the fireworks. It was my first time to see the falling snow there. It was beautiful. It got me thinking of the true meaning of Christmas (even thought they don't bring up the Savior's birth). But with all the christmas music playing I started getting emotional.. Cameron was like, "why are you crying?" This our first christmas and we don't have much to give (forgive us if you don't receive anything) but I started thinking of everything we've been blessed with and everyone involved. Other years I get caught up with what I have to buy for this person and for that person, and I forget the true meaning. We are so grateful to have the Savior in our lives, and that's what we are excited to celebrate this month. I am so blessed to have a great husband who adores me, I love him so much. I'm the happiest with him even though we are going through financial trials; It actually doesn't matter too much, we are doing just right. I've grown to be more appreciative of everything in my life. I am thankful for family and friends that make memories with us and once again for my husband. Just earlier today we were having so much fun talking and playing Rummicub just by ourselves with the christmas tree lit up; it brings in the christmas spirit. Glad to have all you readers as friends, thanks for all your comments and kind words!

Our 1st Christmas!

We put up our Christmas tree just this past week. It looks so beautiful! It's only my height but it's the best! We decided we'd go with a fake since it'd save a lot of money for other christmases, having to buy a real one each year. But we love it and we are grateful that we are able to have one in our home!

We're back!

We are back from Utah! It was super fun, and I love Utah! It is so pretty, I hope we get to move there someday. We had thanksgiving at the sister-in-law's; the food was delicious! The next day we went to Zion National Park; I had never seen such beautiful scenery! On saturday, the girls went to a craft festival and I was in heaven, I got lots of cute ideas, and I bought a few these for our home. Later that day we had a baby shower for my sister-in-law. She got a whole lot of cute clothes and a really baby book! It was just a lot of fun.

Chest Hair?

I cannot wait to see twilight tonight at 4:30pm. It's driving me insane. I read a couple reviews online, and they said Edward has chest hair...NOT GOOD 'cause he's supposed to look like beautiful carved marble:( but they do say it follows the novel pretty good. There's only one way to know, to watch it!!!!

Too Much For Samara

We decided to go off-roading this past saturday with our friends Nick, Renee, and Doug. Nick and Renee have a really cool FJ Cruiser. I got to ride in it, it's the coolest thing. Anyway, it was his first time taking out on the dirt. But on our way up to Joshua Tree, Cameron's truck decided to give us some trouble, the exhaust had broken right when we were just about there. So we had to find somewhere where we could fix it. But it was on Saturday and nobody was open. So we had to stop at Kragen and Cameron tried to fix it. luckily he did sort of fix it and we were able to RIDE!
Here's Cameron and Doug under Samara (truck's name)
This would've been a cool picture but it came out blurry.

I was trying to take pictures while going up a bumpy hill; I did ok on this one.

This is Cameron's baby. The exhaust started making a loud noise again by this picture.

Our posing trucks.

"and they're both TOYOTAS," says Cameron.

Nick, Doug, and Cameron.

After all this, the Exhaust dettached again, so we had a noisy ride back home. But thanks to Tommy Garces, it'll be back to normal this afternoon.

Help

Does anyone know how to make a prettier banner for my blog? Mine looks kinda boring:(

New Background

So I must be super dumb, because I've tried so many times to change the font color. Or else you can't see it on this new background. So I'll have to post more that you CAN read.
Nothing new has been going on, only this weekend we went to Moreno Valley to visit my family, my grandma and her family lost there house so they are living with my parents fora short time- hopefully. But I still hung out with my mom like I wanted too. She is just too nice. She knew we had broken our vacuum so she bought us a new one! So thanks to her we can vacuum again! We didn't get to see my dad for long but it was real fun to see everyone.
Yesterday was the Young Women's Sacrament Program, and my first full day as their 2nd Counselor. The program was a success and I got to know a few more girls. Exciting!
Well I have to go, Today is my cleaning day!

Lakers' Fan

A Kindergarten teacher tells her class she's a BIG Lakers fan. She's really excited about it and asks the kids if they're Lakers fans too.Everyone wants to impress the teacher and says they're Lakers fans too, except ONE kid, named Josh. The teacher looks at Josh and says, "Josh, you're not a Lakers fan?"He says, "Nope. I’m a Sacramento Kings fan!" She says, "Well, why are you a Sacramento Kings fan and not a Lakers fan?"Josh says, "Well, my mom is a Sacramento Kings fan, and my dad is a Sacramento Kings fan, so I'm a Sacramento Kings fan."The teacher's not real happy, so she says, "Well, if your mom’s an idiot and your dads an idiot, then what would you be?!"Josh says, "Then I'd be a Lakers fan!"

Sunday

Sunday was a good day. I got a new calling. Though I'm sad about leaving primary after 3 years. But perhaps it Was time for a change. I'm now the second counselor in the young women's program. I thought it was kinda big for me but i guess through the lord's eyes I qualify for something like this. I can't wait to get to know all the young women and to work with the leaders, they got me right on time to participate the sacrament presentation this coming sunday.
I'm so thankful for opportunities we have through church, to serve those in our ward.
Later that evening we visited our friends Adrienne and Kyle out in Calimesa. They got married about 3 weeks before we did. We got to see their cute house and enjoying some flan while catching up with each other. It was great, we'll have to have them over for dinner sometime.
And lastly, this waqsn't on sunday but our nissan hit the 100,000 mile mark. It's so saad to know that my car is that old and that's it's been used that much. we have to give her break.

Saturday

Saturday was a weddings day. It was tiring but fun seeing our home ward buddies all get married. I'm happy for them and glad they turned out such good men. WE got to go the San Diego temple to see doug and marla get married, It was our first time going into that temple, it's very nice. so we all took pictures outside. it was such a good day.

Doug and MArla and their families. Very pretty!
This was at their reception, we couldn't stay that long, we were so tired.
We went to Micah and Whitney's open house, they got married last saturday. Whitney is such a cute girl and it was sso much fun to catch up with everybody. Adam and his wife becky were there too, we got to learn more about each other, all these men have picked very good wives.
IT was very fun to get to see everyone!

Friday

On halloween we went to our ward trunk or treat. It was very fun!we saw Heather and the kids with the most awesome costumes. They looked so good!
My mom, and brother and sister also came. I'm glad they got to have fun with our ward.
she's a rocker and he's a soldier.

We had to decorate our tailgate, and we didn't have any cute decorations so we decided to make it kinda scary, it only costs us about 4 dollars. but it did take a long time, and cameron didn't help me. we covered the bed of the truck with black big trash bags, cut out paper squares and pasted them all over, I wore all black and put some more paper squares on me. we used a black light to illuminate only the squares, so you couldn't see me in there. when people came by to get some candy i jumped out and scared everybody, it was so muchfun, BUT my back still hurts from lying on the hard bed:( and i have bruses(don't know how to spell that) all over, on my elbows, knees, ankles, my rear. IT HURTS!

And my husband was JAck-in-the-box. everybody liked it. after the trunk or treat we went out to lots of jackin the boxes, and video tape peoples expressions, it was hilarious.
