I can rest this week

This is what kept me busy last week! Lots of work, but I was satisfied with the result. thanks to those who wanted a cake from me, thanks for trusting my amateur cakes:)

I was literally up and about all last week, from 6 30 in the morning to 9 pm non-stop. Cameron even ditched me a bunch of times, 'cause all I was doing was baking and making frosting, and decorating.... etc.

Hehe Those do not look amateur. They look amazing. Like from shows like 'The Cake Boss' or 'Ace of Cakes'. I love that sunflower one. Are those sunflowers made out of frosting? I used to be obsessed with Pocahontas when it first came out and I decorated my room in sunflowers. hehe I can't wait to have you do a cake for me. I hope you can do one for my baby shower in a few months. =o) I have some ideas for you. Are you up for it? You should get a cheap business license and start really making money at this. Maybe you could have someone else help you make them...so it goes faster for you so you can actually hang out with Cammy. hehe Miss you guys...hope you're doing well. I'm still sick, but at least I'm done with school!!!

Great cakes! You have a great business. I hope you don't get tired of it...because you are good at it. Don't worry you will see Cam for eternity...so one week is no big deal.

Sounds like you were busy. I can only imagine how long it took you to make the cakes and put the fondant on.

It took us a good hour and a half to put those sunflowers and greenery on those cakes. Gotta love fresh flowers from Albertsons!
It was fun doing it and deciding how we wanted the flowers to look on the cake.

Good job on the baby cake.

p.s. I guess you don't need a picture from me of the sunflower wedding cake after we put the flowers on...the one you got looks good.

I didn't get a picture of the cakes without our flowers though...sorry.
