I ran my first 5k this year on Oct 1st. I finished 4th place within my category at 30:37. Last year at the same 5k run I finished 7th at 28:27. As I was "training" I only got to up to running 2 miles so this was my first time running 3.2 miles straight (so not too shabby!)

Good for you girl. Was the 5k run for school? I wouldn't have been able to run that after just having a baby, so congrats to ya!
