Lots of Reading

I'm so glad to be back at school this year, I'm loving it. Though this semester I'm going to be doing lots of reading, can't believe what I got myself into:/ I hope that with the support from Cameron I can make this happen.

Besides reading all of these books, my friends and I started a book club and we're currently reading The Help byKathryn Stockett which is an amazing book. I recommend it to any other book club out there, and anyone who just wants to read something interesting. You won't want to stop reading:)

So anyone who's looking for a good book to read, this is it. This is the first novel Kathryn has written and has done wonderfully.

Got to go read some more.

Fun with Remote Control Cars

just one more thing to keep me busy!

This was the first time my mom had asked me to make a cake for her. She wanted to treat her sister on her birthday with something special. I couldn't say no. So here's one more thing to do in my busy life when I have two callings, taking 13 units this semester, dealing with the heat, working more hours this month. What more can I handle? This cake was one of the easiest I've made so it's ok, and it was a good turn out.

My mom loved it, hopefully my aunt does too, and happy birthday to her!

I ran to CVS today and I got what's shown on this picture:

24 pack Arrowhead water bottles = $3.88

Head and Shoulders shampoo= $4.99

CoverGirl eyeshadow= $5.49

CoverGirl Mascara (a fancier one, compared to the ones I've always had)= $7.00

CoverGirl Smokey Bronze eyeshadow= $7.00

Which comes to a total of= $28.36

BUT...

I'm very proud to say I got all this for only $12.27

NOT BAD:)

It feels great to get deals like this

Though if I had planned it a little better I'd gotten a better deal

Wedding Cake

With lots of help from Leslie, Elders, and Sisters we made a pretty wedding cake. It turned out great for what we had to work with, the elders did mostly everything. I'm proud of them. Leslie helped a lot too! Thanks everyone!

MoValley Box Springs Mountain

My friend Doris and I hiked up to the "M" this morning. This isn't a very good picture, all I had was my phone. I didn't take a picture of us two because we were beat and exhausted. We saw a snake O_o! We were so scared but it was funny at the same time. It was pretty big. Hopefully Cameron can go with me next time.
